"This is my 2nd rifle I've gone with the classic adapter on, and it is a great addition. Probably not the best choice for a long range precision set up, but for realistic hunting ranges, you cannot beat the simplicity and ease of use."
"I hunt in steep country that is heavily treed. My average shots are typically under 90 yards on mule deer. BUT. . I also occasionally hunting Idaho where my shots have averaged over 250 yards. That said, I don’t always need a bipod for my shots but when I need one these adapters on my rifles and the lightweight Spartan bipod system makes it very easy to quickly attach my bipod and stabilize my shooting position. These adapters are easy to install, affordable and provide a solid connection for your sling. The magnetic attachment is quite strong and gives you confidence that your bipod won’t disengage if you have to get up and reposition yourself for a shot. I’ve been exceedingly happy with my Spartan system. Much handier and lighter than the old Harris bipods that I used to have hanging off my rifles. I highly recommend this system if you’re hunting open country and need stability for your shots."
