Submitting a claim is quick and straightforward, just give us the details and we’ll get you back in the field fast.
What's Covered
All Spartan gear is covered against faults in materials or workmanship. That includes bipods, tripods, adapters, and accessories. Whether you bought direct from us or through an official Spartan Partner, if it fails because of us, we’ll put it right.
This covers:
- Manufacturing defects
- Technical Faults
- Goods Damaged on Arrival
What's Not Covered
Normal wear and tear, misuse, or third-party damage aren’t covered. The same goes for modifications or non-Spartan accessories. That said, we’ll still do what we can. If it’s fixable, we’ll offer a fair repair and keep you shooting.

How do I submit a warranty claim?
Fill out the claim form here to get started. You can also email us at help@javelinbipod.com with proof of purchase, a short description of the issue, and a few clear photos. We’ll take it from there.
How long does a warranty claim take?
We aim to resolve claims quickly. Most are handled within a few business days, though more complex cases may take a little longer. Either way, we’ll keep you updated so you know exactly where things stand.
What if my product is out of warranty?
If your gear is out of warranty, we won’t leave you stranded. Our team will give you honest advice on repairs and, where possible, offer fair options to get your kit fixed or replaced so you can keep using it in the field.
Can I claim if I bought second-hand?
Our warranty is only valid for the original owner with proof of purchase, either from Spartan or one of our official partners. If you’ve bought second-hand, we can’t offer warranty coverage, but we’re still here to help with advice, servicing, and product recommendations to keep you equipped for the field.
